  4. It goes without saying that a company's most valuable asset is their employees. Therefore, employee turnover costs companies millions each year in recruitment, training and administrative costs (Napolitano, 2016). In addition, experienced employees are related to intangible capital such as skill and experience. Therefore, it is incumbent that managers ensure that employees are well motivated (Napolitano, 2016).

  6. Chaudhary and Sharma (2012) think that motivated employees are more productive than non-motivated employees. If employee is satisfied and happy, then he/she will do his/her work in the best amazing manner. The result will be positive and will motivate other employees in office. In order to increase work effectiveness and performance, it is important to address a number of issues, including increasing motivation among employees, making them feel satisfied with their job and increase their-job related wellbeing in general (Bogdanova & Naunivska, 2008).

Accordingly to Bartol and Martin (1998), motivation a powerful tool that reinforces behavior and triggers the tendency to continue. In other words, motivation is an internal drive to satisfy an unsatisfied need and to achieve a certain goal. It is also a procedure that begins through a physiological or psychological need that stimulates a performance set by an objective.
